Fasting tests (sugar, lipid profile)

  • Fast for 8–12 hours overnight; plain water is allowed.
  • Avoid tea, coffee, smoking and chewing gum in the morning.
  • Book a 7–10 AM slot so your fast stays comfortable.

Thyroid & hormone tests

  • Give the sample before taking your morning thyroid tablet.
  • Morning samples give the most consistent hormone values.
  • Tell us about any hormone medicines or supplements you take.

Urine & stool tests

  • First morning urine is best for routine examination.
  • Use the sterile container we provide; collect mid-stream.
  • Deliver the sample to the lab within 1–2 hours.

General advice for every visit

  • Carry your doctor's prescription and any previous reports.
  • Stay hydrated β€” it makes sample collection easier.
